This pendant, dating back to 176 - 204 BC, features a tetrobol coin minted in Alexandria. The obverse side depicts the iconic wreathed head of Isis, a powerful Egyptian deity and wife of Osiris, the God of the Dead. On the reverse, an eagle with spread wings stands to the left on a thunderbolt. Despite its age, this coin is in excellent condition, showing only minimal wear. With a weight of 2.63 g, this is a unique and valuable piece for any collection.
